Our paralegal team has extensive experience and work very hard to ensure that our clients receive outstanding legal representation in personal injury lawsuits. We have members that volunteer and contribute to children’s cancer foundations, the National Parkinson’s Association, and local nonprofit organizations across Boca Raton, Palm Beach, and Broward Counties. In addition, we have members of the team that are fluent in other languages and knowledgeable of different cultures while also relentlessly pursuing personal injury lawsuits. Tammy Futris
Office Manager, Florida Registered Paralegal

Tammy brings 26+ years of experience in the legal field. She is Office Manager and Lead Trial Registered Paralegal. She was also a key player in the formation of the partnership. Prior to Lawlor & Associates, Tammy has been with attorney Patrick W. Lawlor since 2006. She also worked 7 years for a Judge in the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach, while he was a practicing attorney.

Tanya Lott
Legal Assistant/Secretary

Tanya is a legal assistant/secretary/scheduler. She has worked for Patrick W. Lawlor since October, 2005. Ms. Lott has spent the past 18 years in the legal field, first introduced to the legal field as a scheduler back in 2000 doing mostly PIP suites. Her work entails mostly clerical duties within the office such as scheduling meetings, depositions, mediation and hearing with the client, court and opposing counsels, along with secretarial duties.

Jermecia Stennett
PIP Assistant

Born in Miami, Florida and graduating at the top of her class, Florida native Jermecia Stennett has over 10 years of experience in the legal field. Currently working in the PIP Department handling issues both in pre-litigation and litigation for PIP cases, Jermecia is also the Legal assistant for attorney Nick Marzuk. In her spare time, Jermecia enjoys travelling the world, bowling with her spouse, and watching University of Miami sports games.

Gavrielle Rodriguez
Settlement Specialist

Gavrielle is an administrative assistant who oversees the settlement & disbursement department, and has been with the firm for over 5 years. She takes pride in assisting all clients in the closing process of their case and works diligently to negotiate the best settlements on all client medical bills and liens. She also assists the office with drafting Demand Letters as needed. Gavrielle is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University where she received her B.A. in History

Monica Rolon
Case Manager

Monica is from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and moved to Florida in 2015. Monica is a highly experienced professional in fields of law and telecommunications. Fluent in Spanish and English, Monica is able to effectively communicate with almost every client that calls Lawlor & Associates. She enjoys sports and loves her family.

Nicole Esparza
Case Manager

Nicole was born in Ecuador but moved to the United States when she was young. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. Currently, she resides in Fort Lauderdale with her husband and loves to spend her free time with family. Some hobbies of Nicole’s are cooking and cosmetology.
